The photo was taken by Dave Brown & featured on the cover earlier in the magazine Special Interest Autos (also a Hemmings Motor News magazine) Dave's father Arch Brown did the test drive & aritcle in it on our mid year 1930 Studebaker President Roadster (one of only 2 mid-30 Roadsters left in the world) - it was the featured article that month, with more color photos inside. Arch is one of the finest & most respected automotive journalists that there is.
Also, thanks to Bob & Anna Marie Burk for scanning & sending this to us when they found the ad (and recognized our car) in Hemmings.
