Mel Nethery and David Moeller rode down to the GSQ Convention with Becky and Myself. It was really special with a good number of vendors specializing in Grand Scale equipment, track, rolling stock, etc. There were many lectures one could attend like track and switch track fabrication by our host, Hillcrest Shops, etc.
All of us Grand Scale train owners and hobbiests want to thank Greg and Susan Robinson of Grand Scales Quarterly (530 527-0141) for putting this convention together & their great magazine (call & subscribe). There are 3 pages of photos here .... this first page has the smallest picture sizes ... 450 pixiles across ... just wide enough to run 2 rows of photos on a 21" monitor. Page #2 is medium size photos 600 pixels wide ... and Page #3 is large photos 900 pixels wide. These will take a while to download if you don't have at least DSL .... so ... just go out and have a beer or two ... the page will then be about as loaded as you are! (grin)
Becky & I would like to invite any subscriber of Grand Scales Quarterly, that was at the convention, to stop by our layout anytime they are passing by on Interstate 5 next spring, summer or fall for a look see. just email us.
